I have no idea whether the Instant Shine Sponge I purchased at Foot Locker (and that has a Foot Locker label) is the same as the Penguin product (although the shape of the container and thename makes me suspicious that it is a private label version). Let me say, however, that the Foot Locker Instant Shine Sponge is truly amazing. A wipe over a scuffed leather shoe cleans and restores the polish and shine. The amazing part is that the sponge appears to have no polish in it, so it isn't messy at all. It looks like an ordinary dry sponge, but a wipe over scuffed leather removes the scuffs and adds polish. Before discovering the Instant Shine at a Foot Locker, I actually purchased a replacement pair of shoes, which I have never worn because my old pair has been restored nearly to like-new condition.Customer Review: Great Little Shine Sponge

This product is a little pricey but it's really worth it. Makes your shoes and boots look great! The best sponge I've ever used.
