I received this dress as a birthday present and it was a size small which is my normal size and keep in mind I'm small,about 5'3-107ish pounds and I still could not pull this dress up over my knees. It's a very cute dress but the seller really needs to revise their size charts. Disappointed.Customer Review: Ridiculously bad

I would love to wear this dress but it is cut so badly I am not sure who this company is making clothes for. Children? I am normally about a size 2 and weigh 110 lbs and could barely get a medium on. The belt was right under my breasts which looked bizarre...it should hit at the waste. I returned it.
