I needed a white or black, long length gown for a local gala I was being forced to attend. I went to EVERY dress shop in town and I couldn't find a single gown that either fit, was formal enough, or didn't follow the dress code requirements. I decided to give online a try, and this was the first dress I looked at, and it was perfect! I ordered it thinking that since I was ordering it online, it would arrive near the fifth day of the 3-5 day period, but surprisingly, it arrived on the 3rd day, in perfect condition! It was neatly packaged, and there was a matching satin wrap, which wasn't advertised, and it was definitely the perfect surprise! I measured myself before ordering, and I was a little worried about ordering the dress online because I couldn't try it on before spending the money, but when I emailed the company, they assured me that the dress could be exchanged or returned in the event that it didn't fit. I ended up ordering a small, even though I was in between a small and extra small. When it arrived, I tried it on, and it was a little loose, but the dress has a built-in corset, so it can be tightened or loosened to perfectly fit! I cannot thank you enough for making me look and feel so beautiful on my special night!Customer Review: Alterations, if necessary, are a SNAP!

We bought this dress in black for my daughter's winter formal.
SHIPPING: The shipping was prompt and the packaging was adequate. I was pleased to discover that it is shipped with both a white and a black sash, as well as a black shawl.
FIT: My daughter (who normally wears a 3/5) decided to order a Medium, after reading the reviews that the dress runs small. The dress fit nicely through the chest (average 34), but was a bit large through the back, however the lacing in the back makes it very easy to custom fit. The length is quite long, but my daughter is also quite short (5' 1"). It's about 6" too long, so even with 5" high heels, this would still drag on the floor, but the great thing is that any necessary alterations are a snap because all you have to do is simply gather the fabric and tack up a few more ruffles, and then just trim the underlying tulle. (I'm no seamstress, mind you, but my friend who is suggested the tacking instead of cutting and hemming).
FABRIC: The fabric is good quality, similar to the lining in a jacket, soft, but stiff enough to handle tacking up.
This dress looks gorgeous on, so all in all, we're very pleased with this product.

I received a frantic telephone call from my sister who had been looking all over the Washington DC Metropolitan area for weeks, without success, for the right dress for my niece's cotillion that was now 3 days away. My niece saw this dress on Amazon and fell in love. However, my sister had never ordered anything online and had spent countless hours the night before trying to order it, but kept getting to the same point where things just froze. She was running out of time so she called me (in Seattle)the next day. I placed the order and sent an email to Pacifiplex that the event was 3 days from now, so could they please expedite shipping as much as possible. I love this dress, I used it for my boyfriends military ball.
We live in different states so I had to fold it in half just to get it on the plane as carry on.
It unfolded beautifully, I just placed it in the bathroom while the shower ran hot to steam the few wrinkles out.
It wore amazingly, altho I did have to alterd because I had read that the sizes ran a bit small, I could have stayed with my own size, but because It is so afforable It worked out well that I bought it and had to trailed to me. I kept this dress in case my sister wants to wear it to her prom or the next military ball. I got it in the dark burgendy color. Very happy with this purcase, I didnt wear the "shaw" thing.

I bought this dress to go to a military ball and it was absolutely perfect. It's sized for a junior fit so as a smallish-chested 14 I needed the 2X tightly laced. The XL fit but was too tight when I sat down.
I felt so glamorous in this dress. I agree with a previous reviewer that it needs a hook at the top of the zipper, but that's easily added. It is shiny when photographed, but it isn't a bad thing. It looks much more expensive on than it actually is! I got so many compliments, many from complete strangers! My date was dazzled, too, which is always a good thing. :) I highly recommend this dress.
Oh, and I bought it in burgundy. A very nice deep shade, too.
