Not only are the safety features of this bag excellent, but it is the perfect size to carry just the amount of stuff I need for a day outing in the city. I bought this for travel, but it is stylish enough to use any day with a casual outfit. It has useful pockets, although do note that the water bottle pocket is only big enough for the narrowest store-bought bottles and won't hold even the smallest Nalgene/Sigg/Camelback bottles. However, the main pocket is big enough for me to throw in my Camelback bottle along with my wallet, a reusable shopping bag, an extra layer, pen, small notebook, and all the other little sundries needed for a day out.
Safety-wise, I love the clip to secure the zipper in the closed position and the strap design that make it pretty much impossible to open the bag without two hands. BUY THIS BAG!
