Pals are unique because they are made of a safe, hypoallergenic, and softly realistic blend of polymer and medical grade mineral oil (completely non-silicone). They feature a flat back for a more secure fit (not appropriate for those with a natural cup size of B or above). You'll be surprised at how realistic Pals look, feel, and even bounce! Lightweight enough for athletic wear. SIMPLE CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Just wash your enhancers in lukewarm water and mild soap, then allow to dry.
