3 stars because it's cute, but this is hardly a dress. It's so thin and tight it's more like a leotard in dress shape. My 3 year old is 32lbs and just moving into a 3T in most brands and this 3T is extremely tight on her arms and chest. It was a little difficult even getting it on. It didn't seem to bother her comfort-wise, but it's definitely not a great fit. Unfortunately Santa brought her this and she's too attached to return it, so here it stays. So size up on this one, and don't expect it to be at all warm. Paper thin.
