I originally purchased two of the bras in a department store but could not find more of the style I wanted, so I went to the Amazon website to make my purchase. The support is great and the straps do not cut into the shoulder. The price was reasonable so my decision was made.Customer Review: Not a good choice for larger ladies

I am very disappointed in this bra and it is going to be returned.
Having searched for 44DD bras, I ordered this bra (Playtex Women's 18 Hour Stylish Support) and the Playtex 18 Hour Comfort Lace.
Both bras have the problem with a puckering along the seam that crosses the breast by the nipple, meaning that neither bra is suitable for wearing underneath a T-shirt (or similar light-weight fabric) without having to also wear a camisole or tank.
When I placed the two bras on top of one another the Stylish Support was about 2" longer than the Comfort Lace around the band, so many ladies will start off wearing this bra on the tightest hooks.
However, my main peeve with this bra is that the cut is not supportive enough for the larger lady - you do not get full coverage (the cup is cut too short near the underarm) and the side-band is both too short and made of too thin a fabric to be supportive (the Comfort Lace beat this bra hands-down in this regard).
I had great hopes that the tapered straps would be a plus but I'll not get a chance to find out because this bra is going back to Amazon.

This is a beautiful bra! It's lovely, but it was so tight around my rib cage I couldn't take a breath. It is called 18 Hour but believe me after 18 minutes I hurt so bad I have to take it off.
Amazon.com was great about paying for the return and even had it picked up at my door. My account was credited in no time.
