Nothing else holds my daughter's baby-fine hair for ballet. This really works, but I still have to use a bunch of clips, to keep the shorter fly-away hairs from falling out. I thought it might look too big on her tiny head but it's not bad, although there's room for alot more hair it stays closed. Update: after a few months the stitching holding the bun to the comb came off on one side but it's still usable.
