I was sorry to hear about "Chuck's" bad experience with the return policy on this, however, if you simply look at the item, it's quite decent for the price. You'll pay more than this for a decorated paper wine gift bag and you can dress this up with some nice tissue inside, plus the recipient can use it for any number of other things. The blue and green are quite dark, but the red is true to what you see here, and the black is, well, black. I have not purchased any of the tan. The bags are well made and if you purchase enough of them, the shipping cost is not bad either. If you like to give wine, this is a good way to go for presentation and not nearly as pricey as a velvet bag.
