I somehow ordered this product erroneously. When I tried to return it, the company failed to issue an RMA number, which is a company authorization for return and which is mandatory. After 3 phone calls to the company, I am still waiting for an RMA. I am hoping Amazon will help me get this product returned and my money refunded.
