Description of Powerstep Full Length Orthotic
Powerstep Full-Length features a prescription-like polypropylene shell encased in a unique double-layer cushioned insole. It also has a well-contoured stabilizing heel cradle and intrinsic neutral forefoot and rear-foot posts. The design prevents the foot from pronating or the arch from flattening eliminating strain on the plantar fascia tissue. I honestly didn't think that these reviews could be true, but WOW. These orthotics are incredible. I use to suffer from bad knees and plantar fasciitis. No more. After a couple of days of getting used to them, I have never been happier. I have had no more foot pain, heel pain, or knee pain since I started running with these. Try them, they are worth every penny!!! I run 5-10K distances with them and have had no problem. To help my pain, I used these in conjunction with Ann Richmond's Yoga for Runners. I've had heel pain for years, gone through rounds of PT, steroid shots and orthotics custom made by my doctor and nothing worked as well as these inserts. I refuse to ride a cart when I play golf but the walking was killing me. Golf shoes suck. But when I put these in my shoes, no more problems. Now, they are in my running shoes, hiking shoes, golf shoes.
