Customer Review: No more compression bags

In the past, I've used compression bags to organize my clothing when traveling. I decided to give these packing cubes a try since my compression bags were on their last breathe. I am very happy with my purchase and will not be going back to those bulky plastic bags.
The little cubes stored much more than I thought they could - I was able to pack 2 weeks worth of underwear (tops and bottoms) and socks! My only (small) complaint is I wish the set came with 2 large cubes instead of just the one. I ended up getting the eBags Large Packing Cubes - 3pc Set for the rest of my clothes.

The small cubes were perfect for my shirts. The larger cube was about the size of two of the smaller cubes put together, so I used it to pack two stacks of shirts side by side. It's amazing how it made so many clothes into small, compact, and manageable blocks. One thing that could be considered a downside: on my last trip, when I checked in my luggage, one of my bags was 15 pounds overweight (the bag only contained clothes, no shoes), even though it didn't *look* all that big. But since everything was neatly organized and compartmentalized, it was easy to pick out stuff to take out.Customer Review: Combine with space bags for best results

This is a great value for packing cubes, but when I first utilized them while backpacking, I found that they encouraged inefficent packing of my shirts and undergarments, and they served mostly as springy constructs to keep my luggage from closing at all. My solution: combine these with travel-sized vacuum "space bags" (whatever maker is fine-- I have Eagle Creeks) to squeeze these down a notch. The mesh construction helps the air to circulate out of the package, but the cubes themsleves help keep everyhing organized while they're all squeezed in there and keep the bags clean.Customer Review: Better than Tupperware

For some reason recently I used a small Tupperware box to pack my socks for a trip. This was fine till I had worn all the socks and had an empty Tupperware box taking up room in my suitcase. "If only it would fold flat," I thought. Then I found the packing cubes. They are slightly large for the width of my Samsonite carry-on suitcase. But they are scrunchable. They are lightweight with see-through mesh, everything I could want. I plan to buy at least one more set to make a Christmas gift. They're better than Tupperware, but don't use them to store deviled eggs.Customer Review: Great Packing Tool!

I bought these packing cubes on the recommendation of a friend. I also liked the positive reviews listed on Amazon. These cubes really simplified the packing process for me. I am now able to sort my various clothing items into the different cubes. I am able to fit a large cube and a medium cube into my carry-on suitcase. I also liked that when I returned from my trip, my clean items were still folded in the cubes and were easily put back into my drawers at home. I highly recommend these cubes.
