My husband absolutely loves these pants. Like others have said they are thin but my husband was looking for loungewear and these are perfect! They wouldn't be warm enough or actually nice enough to go out in but perfect for lounging in the house. I am going to see how they wash and order more.Customer Review: Ready to go Pants

They are very light weight cotton; on the order of T-shirt weight fabric; if just a cover up and you're in Warmer climate, they should be fine; if in a colder climate might not be enough warmth. And, if you run a warmer internal core temp, it might be not enough, too. Comparison, I have thicker weight Russell Athletc bottoms and they're just a bit too warm for me...but in San Diego. the temp. now is 61 deg F. and I'm sensitive to heat so have to adjust attire all the time.Customer Review: Very thin

These are very thin but I use them as pajama bottoms which they are well suited for. These are too thin to wear outside except in the summer though. Definitely not like normal sweats.
