Spanx pantyhose are the best ever! I used tyo wear Donna Karan for 15 years but tried these and they are wonderful. They make you look really smooth under your clothes and especially dresses as I hate panty lines and these smooth out the lumps and bumps as well.
BUT...IT IS IMORTANT TO GET THE CORRECT SIZE! If you get too small a size (I have done this inadvertantly) they will make you look worse and roll down! Too small a size makes you look like a stuffed sausage and makes them difficult to put on and take off. If you have to struggle then they are too small and you will rip them.
As with any hose- in order to prolong their life- you should have smooth heels and trimmed and filed toes. You also should avoid yanking with your fingers as this increases the chance for a snag. In addition you should hand wash as they will develop small imperfections in the washer and can more easily run.
I have worn mine to many special events with dancing and not had a problem with excessive runs. In fact last January I cut the feet off an old pair so I could wear sandals- they worked better than the higher power body shaper and I looked better in my dress.
I love these even if it is disappointing when they finally wear out!

I am tall and long-waisted, this style of SPANX is (apparently) the only brand of pantyhose in the world that will actually fit a tall person. I spend a lot of time in Europe and there is nothing there to compare with these. My entire life was spent dashing into bathrooms to pull my sagging pantyhose up, the waistbands would roll-up, creating an oddly bulky waistline and the whole experience was wretched.
I swear by these pantyhose,they stay up,do not sag and are very comfortable, even at the end of a long day. I also wear this style in the SPANX tights. They are expensive, but I have spent so much money buying pantyhose that sunk down to my lower hip-level that I do not care what the price is.
These pantyhose stay put and do not sag- highly recommended!

After reading all the not so good reviews, I decided to check it out myself at Nordstroms. I asked the clerk for a size C but she insisted that I'm too small for a C and opted for a B instead. It was a pain putting it on but it was well worth it. Like what the other reviewer stated, please do not be discouraged by some of the prior reviews. But I definitely would not recommend this product if you have excess rolls on your back (bra rolls) cause this will definitely just roll back down. The hose is really comfortable compared to Slim n 'Lift , I just love, love this product.Customer Review: AMAZING!

THIS PRODUCT IS A MUST HAVE. a MUST HAVE, seriously. I just got mine in the mail yesterday and I have no idea how I survived without it all this time. I'm in love with it. I couldn't wait to wear it out. It's extremely comfortable... Very soft and stretchy. I was worried I'd have a problem with the top rolling down, but that hasn't happened yet. I don't see it happening either. I recommend this product to EVERY girl that needs it. I love it so much. And the price is very good. I would pay 70 dollars for one. I love these pantyhose, and I'm not a fan of pantyhose! These fit great, there is no binding or twisting or discomfort. The high waist looks smooth under clothes, and it ensures the pantyhose never roll down (I hate when pantyhose have waistbands that roll down!)
I've only worn them a few times, and so far no snags. I hope to get a fair amount of wear from hose this expensive, and the fabric feels durable while still being sheer.
I'm very happy with this purchase.
