Okay, let me just say it is an incredible gymnastic feat to pull this onto your body. I have been wearing generic 'Spanx' for years to smooth out bumps and what-not, but nothing has ever been a challenge like this.
I got some good advice. Buy a size too small. I would have been inclined to buy a 1X, as I wear a 14 or 16 dress size; but I went ahead and bought the XL. Seriously thought about buying the L... Anyway, buy the smallest one you can possibly justify. This bad boy will suck you in, tighten you up, and absolutely correct your posture. Plus, if you are top heavy this thing is amazing because you can WEAR YOUR OWN BRA! None of those absurd, flimsy little bras built into body shapers that leave you bouncing more than Baywatch.
The straps to your bra are tricky at best. Very thoughtful though. Going to the restroom is a challenge of your grace and athleticism, but can be done.
Overall, I would say a definite yes to another of these. Girls, we jiggle! This will make sure you don't.

You shouldn't have a problem breathing in it. At first I did, then I got a size bigger, and I love it. It is a total pain to get into, but once you do, it slims very well. I have to get used to it, I feel like a stuffed sausage, but I have never bought at slimming thing before. The straps are useless, they come undone. But I didn't have a problem with it falling down at all. It stayed put. I can bend and walk in it comfortably, and breath well too. The slit in the crotch comes in handy, because it would be a pain to take it off to go pee. Overall, I like it, I just don't use the straps.Customer Review: best option out there

I went by the size guide on their website, but upon receiving it, I wish I had gotten a size smaller... it was a bit too loose in some areas. Also, you need the kind with the straps around the bra, because without it, this thing inches its way down like they are all prone to doing. LOVE that it hooks on to whatever bra you want. A little awkward to put on but once it's there you are good to go. The slit in the crotch made me laugh out loud - I didn't expect it to be there - but helpful none the less.Customer Review: I'm not thrilled but i'm still buying it....

Ok I am a size 12/14 and the Spanx size chart says that I am a Large. So I bought this shaper and was so eager to get it on. I'm a little confused. Most people say they have a hard time getting into this but I got into it very easily, almost too easy really. The good: the legs do not roll up at all and I love the pee hole. The bad: the dang thing rolls bad, real bad! The straps that come with it are a joke but I use them because it would not stay up at all. This piece also makes my butt look very odd, really my butt looks better without it on. Also the stomach compression is not as firm as I would like. I don't feel like I am being sucked in.
This does however smooth all of the lumps and bumps out and makes my dresses look great. I just have to keep pulling the suit up due to rolling. And it gives me a bulge in the back. I will continue wearing this because of its benefits but Spanx really needs to work on the rolling down issue because this can be a deal breaker.
