I got this bag in the mail a few days ago, and I love it! I was a little worried about ordering it because of the negative reviews, but decided to order it anyways because the price was so low. So far so good! Nothing has broken, and the canvas looks as it should. The only defect on my bag is one of the four snaps does not stay completely shut on the inside - which helps hold the satchel shape. This is not a big deal because all the other snaps work fine, and it can be an easy fix. I wish the interior looked as good as in the pictures, but its a $20 dollar bag! It looks good, and carries well... thats all that matters.Customer Review: Great quality for a great price!

I got this bag before going to San Diego as my personal bag on the flight. I used it a few weeks before we went to, and I love it, it's become my everyday/ work bag now too. It holds a ton of stuff, but has pockets and a zippered pocket for organization. My phone woulldn't fit into the separate pouch, but there's a place in the lining for it anyway. I have been asked on numerous occasions now if this was the Dooney & Bourke version, which made me happy having paid less than $20 for it. I used it most of the time as my bag for Comic Con as well. I cannot rave enough about this bag, love it! Would definitely recommend!Customer Review: No hesitation

I ordered these bags for my bridesmaids as one of their gifts. I was initially nervous after I ordered them because I hoped they would live up to my big expectations. After I received the shipment (which was superfast!), I was absolutely satisfied! The bags are well-made and seem more expensive than they really are. The red detailed straps are as they seem in the product pictures. The lining is cool, too, which has a tan and black zebra print. I love them so much that I want to buy myself one, too! I love this bag. I was on my way to purchase the original Dooney & Bourke version when I came across this magnificent bag. Not only was the price considerably lower & consumer friendly but this bag looks exactly like a dooney & bourke original. The bag is durable, roomy and considerably well made, I use it primarily as a tote because of the size. With the money I saved, I bought a matching pocketbook,and I bought two matching dooney & bourke keychains which I attached to each bag. Very pleased with this purse. For under 20 dollars, you can't go wrong, and the truly best part is that it does NOT look like a cheap purse. Hip and trendy design, will go with any outfit! I just received it today and will start using it. I will update my review as time passes. I'm a pretty rough user, I throw everything in my purse, especially my iPad and work laptop which together are pretty heavy. Also have a toddler and so I'm constantly throwing sippy cups, snack cups and diapers into it as well. Will let you know!
