Customer Review: Finally a bra that fits!

I wear a size 38A...yes, an A. I'm not exactly overweight, I just have a broad chest. As you can imagine, that usually means that I end up wearing either a 36B that cuts my 'bra-skin' in half, or a 38B/C that leaves a lot of extra fabric bunching in the chest area. I hate compression tops; I wear a heart rate monitor when I run, and usually the compression band makes it all but impossible to breathe. And, again, with a 38" chest, most compression tops in L or XL also have the excess fabric in the chest area.
I've gone through a slew of other 'high impact' bras that either are insanely expensive (c'mon, even my foofy bras from Victoria's Secret were cheaper), or had less holding power than a simple compression top. I got an Amazon Warehouse deal on this one, tried it out, and love it.
Yes, it will not remove all bounce - frankly, I doubt that there exists any bra other than those worn by Madonna made of steel that eliminate bounce. But this one holds everything snugly, so that any bouncing is very limited. The straps are fairly wide, doesn't choke me around my collarbones, and the chest band is also wide - the fabric that goes under the underarms also holds that lovely 'bra-fat' in place as well. What I did notice as a big plus is that at the end of my Inagural run with this bra (a 14-miler), my chest as well as the area beneath my underarms were not 'tired'. The soft cups also take what little boobs I have and place them front and center, not schmushed along the entire chest, so I also plan to wear this as an everyday bra. I tried it with a fairly snug tee shirt, and it looks no different that an underwire, minus the underwire.
Now, I sweat like a horse (thanks to living in TX), and getting in and out of this bra did take a bit of practice, but once you get the gist (cross straps over your head, tuck The Girls in place, pull a little bit down, and then hook in place), this is actually less cry-inducing than even a regular running top. Has enough coverage that you can run wearing just the bra, though I still have self-image issues and it will be a while before I allow my upper arms to see the sun.
Love this bra. Well worth the wait. I have the white one, though now I will also get the black as well.
