For its price...its hard to beat, although the chain is larger than most necklaces. If worn beneath a collar, it works. I wouldn't call this a permanent solution, but certainly for the price, it works until a smaller chain can be found.Customer Review: Bracelet/necklace extender

After wearing the necklace bracelett extender for a while, it turns color. And looks dirty. If your going to wear it for a period of time, don't bother to order it.
