I like this product, the only thing I dislike is the alarm only will vibrate for one minute and if you don't wake up in that one minute you could end up being late. It should vibrate continously until turned off. If no one else is experiencing this, please let me know, I may have a dysfunctional one.Customer Review: Waking Quietly

I am hearing impaired, so before I acquired the Shake Awake, I had to set the volume on my alarm clock at the highest levels. Usually, this worked, but there were occasional times when even that wasn't sufficient. Unfortunately, each and every time, it awoke my wife. So, I bought the Shake Awake as a present for myself (although one might say that it was as much a present for my wife as it was for me). What an amazing product! I wish I had known about it years ago. I've recommended it to others, even those who are not hearing impaired but are heavy sleepers. I think it's a great product, but my wife loves it even more.Customer Review: Wonderful for us

I got this clock for my husband who sleeps like the dead but has to be up by 3:30 in the morning for work. For years I had to be blasted awake by his alarm clock screeching - he kept it across the room at full volume so that he physically had to get out of bed to turn if off. The problem being that I'm such a light sleeper that I would get woken up and be wide awake by the time he heard it and shut it off. This little clock has been tremendous. He just attaches it to his pillow beside his head and about 75% of the time I don't even know he's gotten up and left until I wake up several hours later. It does have a buzzing to it and if I'm not fully asleep then it will wake me up, but it wakes him up so much quicker that it's off within seconds and I'm able to go right back to sleep. These things are great. My husband works an unusual schedule and always used to set the snooze on his alarm clock at least twice to wake up. I, on the other hand, woke up the first time and every time after that. The shake awake works so well that we have purchased 3 of them. The second one was to replace the first one, which was forgotten at a hotel. I bought the third one in case he loses the second one.
