The clock is great...well constructed and easy to use. I purchased it with the idea that it would not wake my husband, as my audio alarm does. Unfortunately, the vibration is so strong that it wakes him...even when he's on the far side of the king-sized bed! It would be great if the vibration intensity were adjustable. My hearing only functions in one ear, so I am at risk of not hearing an audible alarm if my functioning ear is pressed to the pillow. This device clips to the pillow case, and vibrates at the desired time. It also is less disruptive to one's sleeping partner than an audible alarm.
The device is an excellent concept; I would give it 5 stars except for the fact that my first one stoppoed working after about two years. Nevertheless, I almost immediately purchased a replacement.

I was a little leery of buying this clock because of some of the negative reviews. But I took a gamble and I'm glad I did. Quick delivery, a good price and easy to use. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is that the vibration of the clock also makes a little noise. Not much but enough to sometimes wake my wife (who is a very light sleeper, which is why I bought the clock). The vibration immediately wakes me, but I wish it was absolutely silent. The alarm certainly wakes me up! I'm a fairly light sleeper and have to sleep with earplugs - so when this thing goes off under my pillow; I really jump awake. I can hit the snooze button fairly quickly to shut it up, but opening the front cover to turn the button for the alarm off is cumbersome. I'm happy with the purchase overall.
