I purchased this wallet replacing one I have used for 5 years. It's cover is soft, and I was immediately concerned on the wear and tear it would withstand. Within a day, the covering started to separate from the wallet. I contacted the seller who very quickly replaced it. Unfortunately, the second wallet arrived with the covering already separated from the frame of the wallet. Lucky for me I had a seller who understands customer service (which is lacking in this world today). I was issued a credit and recommendations on other wallets.
