I love Spanx other products so thought I would try this. I had no problem with it falling down---taking other reviewers' advice, I bought a size larger than I would have normally bought---a size B although I wear a dress size 6/8. But the seam down the front ruins it---you could see the line right down the front of the black dress (that even had a lining). If you had a print dress you would likely not see it. I will return and hope for Sarah Blakely to redesign it.Customer Review: Finally spanx with a split crotch...

This thing is great! I feel that if you are going to squeeze yourself into one of these things, it needs to have the split crotch so you can use the restroom without trying to get out then back into it (which it does have). The only thing I wish it had was loops to put your bra through so it doesn't roll down in the back. Oh and a longer version so there is no mid-thigh dent (although this is much better than most mid-thigh girdles).Customer Review: Comfortable--too bad it rolls down!

I purchased this item, and chose a size (medium) that, according to manufacturer sizing charts, was supposed to fit. My understanding about garments is that if they ride up or curl down, they're too small. Spanx' error in this regard is really inexcusable, given the price of their items. I can't recommend this item, even if you were to buy a larger size than you think you need, because I don't know if that would prevent the rolling problem. I have found that even wearing a Spanx camisole underneath or over is no guarantee--in fact, the top of the pants rolled DOWN even while the camisole was rolling UP!Customer Review: Not for tall girls either!

I bought SPANX hoping for a product that would smooth me out. They seemed promising at first, but then I realized, they aren't long enough for taller girls. I'm 6' tall, and have had the darndest time getting them all the way up and keeping them there. They do roll down, and frankly, that's more embarassing than having a bulge I hate sticking out.
I bought two pairs, I'm going to return one pair for a larger size, but for the ones I wore, they're going in the trash.
Also, I don't know who can manage to use the toilet with these things on, but count me as one of the people who cannot!
