Spanx power panties are a girl's best friend. They make my bottom and thighs look amazing in skirts and dresses and hold my tummy in!
They absolutely make you look 5 pounds lighter - not to mentioned more toned -than you actually are.
If they are rolling - I would recommend switching to the next size up (from an A to a B, for example.)
I do NOT hand wash my Spanx - they go through the wash after every wear -and they are holding up just fine.

I am a fairly thin person with a little extra weight in the upper thigh area and was hoping these could minimize the look under dresses or more fitted pants, but unfortunately they didn't seem to do anything for me. I picked up a pair of Spanx to wear underneath my wedding dress, which was a bit sheer and clingy in the tummy area. The result was exactly what I wanted, smooth and sleek. I found these comfortable, not sweaty or itchy at all, and I had no difficulties sitting in them. I bought the Spanx shorts to wear under my wedding dress and when standing this product is great. However, as soon as I sit down they start rolling down. I bought Spanx because I heard that they didn't roll -- but they do. They fit pretty comfortably and I definitely feel strapped in but the rolling is pretty bad.Customer Review: Thanks for the Spanx

I wear Spanx whenever I go to work. I am 68 years old, so I have the infamous "menopot." This is a tummy bulge that I've had since my forties. The Spanx tucks my tummy in a little, and every improvement counts when you are 68, believe me. Especially when you are a substitute teacher. Many young people have nice, tight tummies.
