I first purchased these in small-regular and they fit well but are too short (I'm just under 5'7" with a 33" inseam). Next, I purchased the Capri version in small and they are a bit too small and too tight around the knees, even though I have small legs. I then decided to try the boot-cut again but this time in small-tall, which I didn't try before because the sizing chart indicated they would be too long, and they ended up fitting perfectly. They were super long out of the package but shrunk to exactly the right length after the dryer. The waist is too high on all of them for my taste but they are well made with dense fabric and good construction, so I am happy with them overall and would buy them again.
