I think this umbrella's pretty great for $20. mine works fine and gets lots of compliments as I walk to work, rain or shine. Helps me keep an eye on traffic and my surroundings while staying dry, and has a fun vintage look! matches everything, clearly :)
the only thing I'd change about this umbrella is I'd make it a little bit bigger; it's definitely for 1 person, and not much room to spare so if you have a bulky bookbag, etc. it might get damp. I'm fine w/my messenger bag.

I needed a clear umbrella for a halloween costume, and it was perfect, but there was a delay in shipping so it arrived Nov. 3rd. I would have paid the extra, but I've never run into that problem before.
It'll make a great jellyfish next year!

I had high hopes for this cutie, but they were dashed as soon as I got it out of the box. The plastic material is EXTREMELY flimsy and one of the nubs that holds the plastic to the frame was already broken... right out of the box! It is cute, and you can see through it which is nice, but I doubt it will last through a gust of wind. I would not recommend this, instead spend some more money on a nice umbrella, or a buy a cheap one at the drug store.Customer Review: I got all wet! It came in the mail broken the 1st time!

The first time it came in the mail it was broken, which doesn't say much for the quality of the product. It was quickly replaced though which I was very pleased about since it poured down rain the next week. I was extremely disappointed however when I realized that the rain was pouring down the umbrella and directly on to my legs! I was absolutely drenched! I'm very disappointed in this item. The clear plastic is not very clear at all, definitely not clear enough to be able to see where you're walking. Also shaft was bent right out of the box. I'll be returning this item. Says it's from Target but warranty enclosed indicates it's manufactured by Rainkist. I'd been looking for a Bubble Umbrella fro a long time but this one is not as good as the ones my grandmother had 30 years ago.
