I love this umbrella. The open and close action is flawless. I have only used this umbrella a handful of times, but the designation of "men's" umbrella is spot on. The overall construction of the umbrella is tough. It does not feel like it is going to fold up when a gust of wind comes by. The handle is a little bit larger to accommodate the larger hands of a man, and the design is a matte finish which is more appealing to a man. The cone of the umbrella, or whatever you would call the shielding area, is larger than most compact umbrellas, which I am sure most men will be pleased with. All in all, this is the perfect men's umbrella.
