I am a tall big guy...6'4" 395. I normally buy 5XLT, but I got a 6XLT this time...it is true to size and if you're long-waisted like me, you will greatly appreciate the extra fabric and two extra buttons on the bottom. It is irritating to have a button-down shirt and not have enough buttons to make it look right. The wooden aspect of the buttons is also a plus.

On this 6XLT shirt: The sleeves are about 16" from the hem on the shoulder (fairly long), from the measurement from shoulder hem to shoulder hem is ~28", it is ~34" from the top button to the bottom of the front of the shirt, from top of collar to the bottom on the back is about 43", the neck is ~26" while buttoned, the chest fits me loose and is easily 64".

I bought the black shirt and am going to buy at least one more of the black and a couple each of the other colors of this shirt...for the money is one of the best shirts that you can own...very versatile shirt - wear it open with a t-shirt underneath or by itself with jeans for a casual friday...feels great and keeps you cool as well. Cant say enough....love it. Hope this helps you with your selection.
