I've never felt the need to write a product review before, but I just love these socks so much I had to share. They were given to me by my best friend for my second son, so I already had a lot of the baby basics. At first I thought it was a little strange to get socks for a gift but they looked cute enough. When I put them on my son I immediately noticed that they STAYED ON. Unlike any of the socks I used for my first son. That would have been enough for me, but then to receive so many compliments on them was a bonus. Friends, strangers in the grocery store, everyone commented on them. They completed every outfit, especially since at that age shoes aren't very practical to wear. So to have socks that LOOK like shoes is perfect. The last great thing is all the colors they come in. Looking at the box I didn't think I'd use more than one or two. But they actually went well with EVERY OUTFIT I owned (more than a hundred outfits under 12 months). Many of the outfits went with a couple different socks.
These are the ONLY SOCKS I used for my son's first year of life. You can spend $20 for a shirt that he wears a couple times, or get these socks that he wears everyday. Well worth the money. Oh, and they held up pretty well too. Towards the end of the year some were getting nubby, but they really saw a lot of action.
