I ordered Navy Blue rain pants and received Black pants. I emailed Turfer Sport in the evening and by the next morning had a reply from Brian apologizing for the mistake and letting me know they would ship the Blues ones out right away and told me to keep the Black ones too. I was really surprised because you just don't run into this type of customer service anymore. I haven't tried the rain pants yet but they look like a great product and sound like it from the other reviews I read before I bought them. I will definitely shop at Turfer Sport again after having experienced superior customer service and with great priced products.Customer Review: Excellent, but check the sizes.

I bought these mainly for cycling to and from work on rainy days. I normally wear jeans with a 32" waist and 32" inside leg and I went for the XL size. They fit very nicely over my ordinary pants, without being too baggy. The waist is elasticated and has drawstrings which also helps. They got their first test last week when I got caught in a down pour on my way home and they performed excellently; I was dry as a bone underneath. I bathe dogs and I'm constantly getting soaked! I had an apron that keeps my upper half dry but, my legs get the run-off of water. I bought these pants and they keep me dry and warm. They do run a little big, I was right between medium and large, I bought the large and should have gotten the medium. As far a quality, I couldn't be happier. They shipped extremely fast, and I am happy with them. I got them to wear over jeans in the snow, and they've been working fine. They're definitely to be used as a shell, and not for warmth.
I got a size XS and they are a bit long on me, but that was to be expected. Other than that, they were a great deal. I definitely recommend.

These rain pants arrived in two days. I tried them on and they fitted great. They are completely waterproof and the zippered pant leg is great for getting the pants on quickly. Definitely would recommend these pants.
