I live in Fairbanks, Alaska so I need a very warm robe. I saw this one advertised on Amazon and decided to try it. I've had it for 2 years now and can say that it is warm, absorbant, holds up to wear and is one of the best robes I've ever had!
To top it off, when I received it there was a hand-written card from one of the company's owners telling me they hoped I enjoyed the robe and that it was unconditionally guaranteed.
I LOVE THE ROBE and recommend it to anyone who wants the warmest and plushest of terrycloth robes, one that holds up wash after wash.

I bought this robe and had it shipped to my mother for her birthday, assuming it would never arrive at my home early enough for me to wrap and deliver myself. Was I ever wrong! Ordered it Monday night, used standard shipping, and my mother received it Wednesday! She loves the texture and quality of the robe and says it's a perfect spa-like robe that she can cuddle up in. They also enclosed a hand-written note I'd seen other reviewers mention, telling her it was a gift from me. Incredible quality and service! I read the reviews before purchasing this robe and they are all correct! If you are an average sized person (5'3 - 6'0, woman size 10 - 18), you'll love this robe. We got them to keep by the hot tub and they work great instead of having to use towels. We just wrap up in them when we get out. The quality is amazing and they are luxurious and heavy. They do put off some fuzz at first, and if you don't want major shrinking, I'd recommend just washing with a fabric softener and hanging up to dry.Customer Review: WOW!

I was impressed from the moment the box arrived! It is packaged in a nice heavy carton not like so many other shipments I have received! Inside there is a thank-you note attached to an elegant holiday red paper with a gold label. The robe itself is in a nice plastic zippered bag. The robe is luxurious! I ordered this robe in April 2009 and couldn't agree more with the October 2005 "Quality Turkish Robe" 5-Star review! I like the large size and heavy, plush, very absorbent weight. It was recommended to me by an occupational therapist as an easy alternative to towel drying when stepping out of the shower during recovery from surgery. I love it for that, and I know I'll continue to use it for a long time.
