This robe is super thick and really big. I am a 5'10 female weighing 150lbs and this thing is huge on me! I bought the L/XL because I am so tall. It comes to midcalf in the length and the sleeves are also really long- which is saying a lot because I have long arms. It isn't as plush as I'd hoped but when is terry ever really plush? I think after a few washes it will soften up. It's warm too. Overall, I think it's a good deal.Customer Review: Plush, heavy, luxurious robe

This robe is heavy, very plush, and reminded me of one you might find in a fine hotel. I washed them first and like another reviewer, they took a long time to dry, but I think that was mostly due to a lot of lint shedding off. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because there were some pulled threads dangling here and there right out of the box, not major but I wouldn't expect it with a robe at this price.Customer Review: terry robe

As previously stated the robe in soft and the delivery and presentation were impressive. feel free to send this package as a gift to anyone. I aqree that the robe length is deceiving in the picture. At 5'7" I do like a robe that goes to my ankle. This robe covers my knee and falls short. Thought about returning it for that reason, but I decided to keep it and wear socks (not a pretty pictures - but it works!)Customer Review: For petite women and children only

This product claims that one size fits most, even has a photo of a guy wearing one, but they lie. I'm average height for a male, only 5'10", but it barely hangs to my knees. Robes ought to be at least calf length in my opinion. Rather then at the waist, the belt sits in the the middle of my chest. Thankfully my wife is 5'1" and it fits fine for her, warm and comfortable as advertised, but it's far to short for anyone over about 5'5" or so. I wish they'd said that before I ordered the thing... sigh. I browsed the manufacturer's web site after the fact. They claim that it's 50" long, but he one I received was only 48" (though to be perfectly honest I washed it before wearing it the first time so it may have shrunk theoretically). The full specs they list are: length 50 inches, sleeve length 22 inches with a 8 inch hem, shoulder 8 inches, and armhole circumference 13 inches. They claim it's 65.12 ounce material and that it weights 4.08 pounds.
It truly is a nice, well made product, the warmest and thickest I've seen even at hotels and commercial spas. I don't know how it will hold up over time as it's only been washed once, but the stitching and design look fine to me. Sadly, however, it's sized for petite women and children only. I really wish they made a bigger one; if they did I'd buy it in a heartbeat. It's so nice I actually bought a second one for my 12-year-old son.
Unfortunately it's off to search for a new, adult-sized robe for me...

The robe arrived only 3 days after I placed the order, very good. However, when I opened the package I thought they had sent the wrong item since it only came to mid calf on me, I'm 5'3. I ordered the largest size in order to get the 50 inch lenght it was described as. I intend to use it as an actual bathrobe when I come out of the shower and expected it to go ankle lengt on me. It actually measures only 46 inches, a big difference, very disappointing. Also, it is not very soft. I'm not returning it because I don't want the hassle and it is functional, but will not order from this seller in future.
