the once size fits most is a bit ?
my wife is 5'4" ..i'm 6' 220lbs and i found the robe too big ...
so it's hard to rate it when it doesn't fit ... i can say it was very well made ( very thick terry ) ...
they do give more measurements on Robes at turkish towels web site..
they recommended this Robe and we are exchanging the terry cloth robe for a small

when I first received the robe I was very pleased. It seemed to live up to all the positive things I had read about it. Very nice. However, the first time that I washed it, a section of one of the seams about a foot long came apart and frayed. Very disappointing. I realize that even in the best of merchandise, there will be an occasional flaw. Nevertheless, it is what it is......3 stars...(It would have been 5)Customer Review: feels like normal towel material

Received this product as a gift and it's definitely as advertised. Decided to order one as a birthday gift for someone else and became aware of company's quite poor communication concerning the order status.
Sunday: placed combination order for robe and towel set. Everything was listed as 'in stock.' Received confirmation e-mail of order. Since there was nothing to indicate orders take (x) days to fulfill, it seemed reasonable to allow 6-days for delivery to my area. This would be consistent with other online shipping experiences.
Thursday: checked order status and there was none. Nothing. Zip. Used online chat with representative who said part of the towel set was back ordered and they had held the entire order. When I asked why I wasn't made aware of the delay they said they had just become aware of it and since I hadn't placed a 'need by' date in my order they felt nothing was urgent.
This example of poor communication, and assumptions regarding an order, will make me look hard for other options rather than purchase from Turkish Towels in the future. BE AWARE!

It is soft but I swim in it every morning. I am 5.6 and 140lbs and there is room for two of me in that robe. Would not buy again. definitely not a one size fits all situation.
