Customer Review: Too heavy for most people

I bought this robe about a year ago and I found it just hangs in my closet. It is too heavy of a robe and it takes quite a bit of drying time to dry. I like to have my robes soft and without softner in the dryer, this robe turns out very rough. To get it soft and dry, I leave it in the dryer for almost an hour. Of course with gas prices today, this robe takes a lot of expensive heat. I much prefer other robes now. I also had a friend send for a robe of her choice from the site last year at Christmas time. She was very disappointed with the company's service. She did not receive the robe until well after Christmas and after many unanswered email and unanswered phone calls, she recieved an email stating they were sorry for the delay but they had customs problems (why .... lots of products are from out of the country and I received my other products on time). And she was told they were out of town for the holidays. Nice being told they left to go enjoy a vacation out of town while their company had no one answer phones. She was obviously very disappointed in the service. The products are nice, yet can be found at other companies where the service is best.Customer Review: Picture Ad is a fraud

The picture in the ad for this product shows a specially long robe which is hard to find in the internet.
But when I got the robe it was not like in the picture...it berely goes below the knee and is not as long as in the picture.
I even purchased the extra large size... even tho my size is just large.
This company is missrepresenting its product with false picture ads.

The robe is plush as advertised but the cloth frayed easily. I washed it after it arrived and it frayed immediately -- at the seams and on the material itself. I have ten year old towels with less snags than this robe had in one wash. And one size does NOT fit all. The company is a very good company to work with and I received a refund with no questions asked. I would buy from then again.Customer Review: Never Arrived

Ordered robe, received email from company indicating delay but guaranteed by Xmas. On Dec 18th, received notice that item shipped, but in reality it never did ship. Emailed concerns to company, received back more unfulfilled promises of delivery by Xmas. Now Christmas Eve and no robe.
