Been trying to get some exercise, but the belly bounce thing made jogging uncomfortable. This definitely helped.
It isn't going to make you look 20lbs lighter, but it will help snug up the belly, and it should help clothes fit a bit better.
Only minor nits:
1. It can be difficult to put on and take off.
2. Any excess length, below your waist line, will tend to roll up to your beltline, which could make pants with belts a bit uncomfortable.

From the Core fibers of 35% Dupont LycraŽ spandex and 24% Dupont AntronŽ nylon wrapped with 41% pure cotton, this fabric stretches four ways, providing you with the best fit and compression in total comfort.
