Description of Wild Planet A Pirate's Life Treasure Hunter
Pirate Treasure Hunter is a fun electronic game of hot and cold designed especially for treasure hunters. The pirate treasure chest has a map in one section and pirate booty in another. Hide the bottom of the Pirate Treasure Hunter treasure chest. Then use the treasure-map top to seek it out, following the "X" as it flashes from blue to orange to red. Use your smarts to be the first to find the treasure! Treasure Hunter Chest is approximately 4" x 4" x 3". Requires 6 AAA batteries, sold separately. I got this for my Nintendo kid so he would let go of the controller and not develop ricketts. My kids, ages 7 and 9, spent hours hiding and finding their treasure. It beeps when the kids get closer to the hiding spot, it worked to find things in the stove, the closed garbage can and outisde inside my car. They absolutely loved it. It is just techy enough to intrigue my 9 year old boy who gave up his Wii for a few hours to play with this. This toy is best played with two kids, a great value and tons of fun.Customer Review: Perfect for birthday parties!!

We got this for our 6-year old daughter's pirate-themed birthday party. It is the perfect size for her to hold when she looks for treasure. We hid her presents all around and she used this Treasure Hunter to find them and bring them to the table for opening. Our other 3 children have used it many, many times since and it seems to be quite durable. We will be getting another one for my niece for her birthday! I bought this for my grandson for Christmas and it has turned out to be the gift he and his brother still play with! Everyone loves a treasure hunt and this is easy enough for all ages to do. My grandson is 5 and his brother is 3 and they have a ball. Even when all the grandkids get together (ages from 10 down) they argue who is going to use the find it box!Customer Review: Great Gift Item!

We bought this toy for our 6-year old niece and were notified immediately upon its arrival at her house that she and her 4-year old brother were having a great time with it! Easy to use right out of the box and great for a multi-child household. We got a big thanks for "always finding the coolest birthday presents"! This toy is awesome. My daughters are 6 and 3 and they love it. They take turns hiding and finding it. They also have hidden with it and we have to find them! It's also great that it is a toy that both girls and boys love so it gets a lot of use during playdates! It reminds me of a high tech game of (cold...warm...hot...hotter..).
