Bought the 6-18 month size: nice soft material, very adjustable...must be a new model from some of the other reviews, as there was no velcro. Rather, there are long ties that work fine to tie under chin like a bonnet (I tuck the hanging strings into baby's shirt). It has an adjusting pull string in the back (just like the front of pull-string pants), with an adjustment knob at base of head in the back (where the two ends of tightening strings come together), which would be my only complaint--the knob is a bit large and hard, so I have to make sure it's not poking baby when his head is resting against back of stroller). More than enough coverage--the back flap goes well beyond shirt collar on my 20 lb baby, and I don't see him out growing it anytime soon. Overall, I'm very very satisfied with this product.
